Returns Policy of the Pussy Pump Store

We want you to love your product and be absolutely satisfied, however due to the intimate nature of the products sold on the Pussy Pump Store any product returned or exchanged cannot be resold. In order that there be no issues after your purchase please read our return and exchange policy.

Troubleshooting

When you receive your item visually check it. Ensure that it is free from any defects, is as described and is in good working order. If you are having trouble, please read the manual or contact us. If there still seems to be something wrong with your product, and any of the above have occurred contact us immediately and inform us of the exact nature of the problem.

Where possible please return the product in its original packaging

Please post the item to us with tracking - we will reimburse you this charge once we confirm the fault or defect on the item. When the item is received it is will be examined by our Quality Control consultant to confirm the fault and any issues with the product.

Once the fault has been confirmed we will contact you will be offered a replacement, store credit or refund.

Please check the item thoroughly before returning it as faulty - if it is received in good order you will not be reimbursed for post charges to or from and the item will be shipped back to you.
